Description
Filling and scrumptious, the LighterLife Strawberry Shake is so creamy and satisfying that you’ll forget it’s a diet shake. Try blending with ice for a thicker milkshake consistency.
To prepare: Mix with 200(ish)ml of cold water and shake or blend until super smooth.
Ingredients: Skimmed milk powder (53%), soya protein (15%), chicory fibre, fat powder (contains milk), fat powder (contains soya, milk), thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose; trisodium citrate, flavouring, magnesium citrate, tripotassium citrate, colour: beetroot red; salt, vitamin and mineral premix (sodium ascorbate, ferric pyrophosphate, vitamin E, maltodextrin, zinc sulphate, niacin, vitamin A, sodium selenite, pantothenic acid, sodium fluoride, manganese sulphate, biotin, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, copper sulphate, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, vitamin D, folic acid, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavins, chromium chloride), stabiliser: potassium phosphates; sweetener: sucralose.

Very nice but too expensive now, I’ve been doing lighterlife diet on and off for years and cannot believe how everything has gone up in price, I’m looking at doing a cheaper plan now as cannot afford lighterlife anymore.

Yum yum yum! – The strawberry shake is full of flavour, really creamy when mixed and fills you up perfectly. I’ve made it into LL instant ice cream during the heat wave and it was really refreshing 🙂 it’s also a nice treat made into a hot drink on colder nights. Another regular go to product for me 🙂

Lovely jubbly – All the shakes are utterly delicious – I mix them in a blender with 6 icecubes – the shake goes further and it makes it cold and thick and creamy. I can honestly say I’ll continue to have these for breakfast even when I have reached my goal weight.
