There are two weight loss plans.

TotalFast is for those who want to lose weight fast.
TotalFast is our premium plan and is for those who are 3 stone or more overweight. You replace your conventional food with 4 LighterLife meals a day. LighterLife Total Dietary Replacement (TDR) Foodpacks and Meal Replacement Products (MRP) are high in protein and give you all your daily vitamins, minerals, fibre, essential fatty acids and carbs. TotalFast ensures your body works with you – rather than having to fight hunger all the time. The average weight loss with TotalFast is a stone a month.

FlexiFast is designed for those with less weight to lose
FlexiFast is designed for those with less weight to lose, those who want to lose their weight slowly, or those whose health status means they are not suitable for TotalFast. For all meals on some days, or for some meals every day, conventional food is replaced with LighterLife Foodpacks Weight loss can be 1 - 2 lbs a week with FlexiFast (depending on the food choices you make on non-Fast meals).

CBT mindfulness behaviour-change sessions. 

Our weekly ‘Hot Topics’ can be accessed via your mentor to help you understand what your behaviour around food is really about, discover your triggers for overeating and work out new strategies for dealing with them in the future without sabotaging yourself with food.

On-going support and guidance

For no extra charge you can access a personalised support system that fits into your life:

  • Your personal Mentor, who will arrange various types of support to suit you, including Zoom meetings, WhatsApp contact, personal visits (depending on location), texts, and calls
  • The LighterLife TotalFast or LighterLife FlexiFast Facebook page, where other people just like you share hints, advice, and encouragement
  • LighterLife Facebook CBT mindfulness live video sessions, where a LighterLife mentor will discuss the current ‘Hot Topic’ and you can ‘live chat’
  • A weekly Facebook video live chat with Denise Welch
