✔️ You can join our LighterLife TotalFast private Facebook Group, where other people just like you share hints, advice, and encouragement.

✔️ Each week there’s a Facebook Live session where our weekly Mindfulness Hot Topic is discussed – it’s designed to give you ‘Food for Thought’. And if you can’t join the live session, you can watch back the recording at a time that suits you
