3. Promotion is open to any customer aged 16+. Before starting a LighterLife plan, we recommended you consult your doctor or medical practitioner.
4. Save up to 30% when purchasing a LighterLife TotalFast subscription (item 61600/2). Savings are based on if you were to purchase the products individually (21 from the TDR\VLCD range and 7 from the MRP range) on our online shop at the full price.
5. LighterLife meals can be purchased whether you a part of a weight loss/management group or not. Groups are provided by LighterLife Mentors, if you do not already have a Mentor and would like to join a group, you can find a Mentor via our website.
6. LighterLife Mentors are not health professionals or medical practitioners and cannot give medical advice to any purchaser.

8. LighterLife meals are suitable for use in a calorie-controlled weight loss programme and are intended to support controlled weight loss. Medical supervision may be required. When on LighterLife TotalFast we recommend 1 Meal Replacement a day. 9. We reserve the right to refuse orders from businesses or from individuals whom we consider are ordering our LighterLife meals other than for their own personal consumption.

CLIENT VIDEO SUBMISSION PRIZE DRAW

1. This is a national (UK and Channel Islands) prize draw for LighterLife clients who have submitted a video clip about what makes LighterLife special.

This prize draw is organised by LighterLife UK Ltd and is not part of or connected to any local promotions run by individual LighterLife Mentors at this time.

How to enter:

2. This prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. Entries must be made in one of two ways, either by (i) by WhatsApp to 07874 399405 or (ii)  by e-mail to mystory@lighterlife.com  Your entry must be received by mid-night on the 31^st March 2025.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. LighterLife accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach LighterLife by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of LighterLife and are not returned.
6. Participants to this promotion will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. LighterLife reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

7. Offer open to residents of the UK including Northern Ireland aged 18 years and over, during the promotional period which operates each month until further notice.
8. To be eligible to participate in the prize draw for an e-gift card and exclusive goodie bag, you must now be, or have in the past been, a LighterLife client.
9. This promotion is not open to LighterLife UK staff or members of their family, or to LighterLife licencees, their employees or members of their family.

How the Draw works:

10. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a draw name generator and will take 12pm on the 2^nd April 2025.
11. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 5 (five) days of being chosen and must provide a postal address to claim their prize.
12. A £50 e-gift card will be sent by e-mail to the winner within three working days after the prize is claimed. This can be used for any LighterLife products. A goodie bag will be posted to you within three working days after the prize is claimed.
13. E-gift cards must be accepted as offered and are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered and e-gift card’s must be redeemed within 12 (twelve) months of issue. The use of the e-gift card’s is subject to the terms and condition displayed on our website at www.lighterlife.com/terms-conditions/#giftcards
14. LighterLife may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in LighterLife’s sole opinion) or who, in LighterLife’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, making false claims about their weight loss.
15. LighterLife UK Limited’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. LighterLife reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

17. LighterLife is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and LighterLife’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website www.lighterlife.com/privacy-policy/
18. By entering this prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by LighterLife to administer the competition.
19. Each winner agrees to take part in reasonable post event publicity and consents to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity. The winner’s name and story will be published on our web-site www.lighterlife.comand in other LighterLife media.

Legal notices:

20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LighterLife, its licensees and agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, occurring as a result of a winner not taking up the prize.
21. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
