Who said cheesecake wasn’t allowed on plan? Try our guilt-free hack!

Do you have a sweet tooth? Our delicious meal replacement shakes and bars can be used in a variety of ways. So put on your aprons and get ready to make your own guilt-free chocolate cheesecake with LighterLife.

Ingredients: 

  • ½ of a Chocolate Peanut Bar
  • ½ of a Chocolate Shake Foodpack
  • 1 teaspoon of Mousse Mix

Method:

  • Cut the Chocolate Peanut Bar in half. Crumble half the bar into a small ramekin, setting aside a little for garnish, and place in the fridge to set for 10 minutes.
  • Mix half of a Chocolate Shake Foodpack with 100ml of water and add 1 teaspoon of Mousse Mix. Whisk together for 1 minute until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  • Spoon the mixture onto the set base and return to the fridge for a further 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with a little crumble from the Chocolate Peanut Bar and voila – your very own guilt-free and nutritious dessert!
