TotalFast - for when you’ve got at least a stone to lose and want to lose it quickly

TotalFast is a total dietary replacement (TDR) plan, which means you swap all your ordinary meals for four very-low-calorie diet (VLCD) LighterLife meals every day. These give you all the vitamins, minerals, protein, essential fats, fibre and carbs you need in just 600-800 calories a day, conveniently packaged into delicious bars, shakes, soups, pots, and meals.

But TotalFast is much more than a diet plan. Alongside our yummy Foodpacks, we’ll help you understand your relationship with food, and then help you develop the skills to keep your weight off in the long term too.
