Bought this book before I began management, now that I have started the management plan its really come into its own. It’s got some really useful tips on shopping and cooking healthily; advice for coping with stress, food moods and recognising if you are hungry or not.
It’s broken down into easy to find recipes from the index – savoury, sweet and simple recipes which has some really nice dressings.
I’m not someone who really likes cooking so for me a plus is few ingredients and easy to follow instructions – plus great tasting food!
It has a lot of inspirational stories from real people who have managed to loose weight and keep it off.
This book is a great addition to the information available from the web site, Facebook and of course the mentors.
