The ultimate treat whilst staying on plan – Jelly and Vanilla Ice Cream. The weather is meaningless in the face of Ice Cream!

Ingredients:
1 sachet of Raspberry Jelly
10 Ice cubes
Method:
1/ Make up the Jelly as instructed and leave to set
2/ Add 10 ice cubes to a blender along with 1 sweet Foodpack
3/ Add 1 tablespoon of water and blend until smooth
4/ Spoon over your jelly and enjoy!
We have used a Vanilla Shake, but Chocolate, Strawberry or Banana would work well as would one of our Blackcurrant or Orange & Mango jellies.
