We understand that sometimes your circumstances change. Whether you need a short break from your treatment or wish to cancel your subscription, you’re in control.

Simply complete the form below and a member of our Client Experience Team will process your request as quickly as possible.Important: If you choose to pause your treatment for more than 2 weeks, your medication cannot safely be restarted at your previous dose. Your treatment plan will recommence at the lowest starting dose, and you will need to follow the dose escalation schedule again.

    What Happens Next?
    A member of the Client Experience Team will action your request within 24hrs (Monday – Thursday) or the next working day (if your request is received Friday – Sunday). Please note that the Client Experience Team does not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays.

    Please be mindful of your next payment date, as a payment may still be taken before your request is actioned. You will receive a confirmation email after your request has been processed.
