FAST 5:2 / Management

Close to the weight you’d like to be? It could be the perfect time to start LighterLife Fast 5:2 – it’s a great way to lose weight or manage a healthy weight. And it’s so simple: replace your ordinary food with 4 Foodpacks a day on two Fast days a week, and for the other 5 days have your regular meals.

With no shopping, no weighing and no cooking, it’s so easy, especially if you use Foodpacks on non-Fast days as convenient meal options. Popular Fast days are Monday and Thursday, making up for the weekend and then saving up for the next one. You can do Fast 5:2 on more than 2 days a week if you want, too – it’s a super-flexible way to manage your weight.

Our groups are small and friendly – single-sex and never more than 12 people – and you get loads of support from your LighterLife Counsellor and your fellow members. They’re your personal workspace for inspiration, motivation and enjoying your lighter life.
