Want to lose weight at your own pace? Then explore our FlexiFasting plans - the flexible way to intermittently fast. FlexiFasting is as flexible as you want it to be, so it fits right in with your lifestyle and weight goals.

  • If you want the simplicity of just having 4 Foodpacks on a FlexiFasting day, then go for 5:2 (2 FlexiFasting days a week), 4:3 (3 FlexiFasting days), 3:4 (4 FlexiFasting days) or alternate-day fasting. By replacing your ordinary food with 4 of our Foodpacks (and up to optional 2 Light Bites), you're getting 100% of your vitamins and minerals, plus protein, fibre and essential fats, all for around 600 - 800 kcal - you can't do that with ordinary food!
  • If you want the flexibility of including conventional food, then FlexiFast by replacing up to 2 of your ordinary meals with 2 -3 Foodpacks and having a third conventional, healthy meal - you choose which one!

For any days you're not FlexiFasting, check out our healthy-eating ideas and recipes on our blog. You can also use Foodpacks on your non-FlexiFasting days as a convenient nutritious option to replace a meal.

Independent research shows that people who attend groups regularly, and replace some meals with Foodpacks or meal replacements, manage their weight better in the long term - so our CBT groups are the ideal accompaniment to your FlexiFasting plan. Our groups are small and friendly - single-sex and never more than 12 people - and you get loads of support from your LighterLife Counsellor and your fellow members. They're your personal workspace for inspiration, motivation and enjoying your lighter life.
