Helen Bowling became a LighterLife Franchisee five and a half years ago after finding her previous job was stopping her from spending precious time with her son. Before LighterLife I spent 15 years in various FMCG Sales & Marketing roles. It was a career that I loved, but the hours and lifestyle really didn’t work around my family commitments. Read Leigh’s Story
In 2017 I decided to join the LighterLife family and become a Mentor. My personal experience of weight loss means I understand what my clients are going through every step of the way. Being a mentor gives me the opportunity to help people and have a more fulfilling job. After working in the construction industry for 30 years, I wanted to make a change and being a Mentor offers flexibility, a better work-life balance and I can be my own boss.
