Weight-loss plans to suit you: lose weight and keep it off for life!

LighterLife’s weight loss and management programmes are the result of decades of research and practical experience in helping more than 400,000 people lose weight. There are three LighterLife plans available nationwide to help people hit their target weight, and help maintain this weight once they get there.

The TotalFast Plan

This is our premium total diet replacement (TDR) VLCD plan which enables people to lose up to a stone a month. You will be replacing conventional food with four nutritionally complete TDR Foodpacks, such as Blueberry Pancakes, Chocolate Mug Cake, Berry Smoothies and Chicken Noodle Pots. On the TotalFast plan you will consume between 600-800 kcal each day. Our Foodpacks are bursting with all of your daily vitamins and minerals and will leave you feeling healthier and energised.

The FlexiFasting Plan

This is the flexible way to combine conventional food with LighterLife’s TDR Foodpacks. The more conventional meals you replace with LighterLife Foodpacks, the faster the rate of weight loss. People typically lose between 1-2lb a week on this plan. You have the option to replace 2 meals with 2-3 Foodpacks every day whilst having a conventional meal also, or you could follow TDR on a 5:2, 4:3, or 3:4 basis each week. The FlexiFasting plan is designed to be flexible and fit in with your lifestyle.

The Management Plan

The Management plan is our tried and tested approach to help people maintain their new weight once they’ve reached their goal. This plan is designed to enable clients to continue developing long-term tactics to live a healthy, balanced life. You can maintain your weight with a combination of Foodpacks, management meals and tasty snacks.

Members who join LighterLife’s groups are supported by personal Mentors throughout their weight-loss journey and beyond. Our personal Mentor support and weekly Mindfulness sessions are offered free of charge and open to everyone on our weight loss plans.
