Tomato & Pesto flavoured Flatbread, made with oat flour, tomato and cheese.
- Easy to prepare
For best results, mix with 40ml of cold water until smooth. Cook in a non-stick frying pan on a low heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Alternatively, mix with 40ml cold water in a mug. Microwave on full power for 80 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute before turning out onto a plate.

So happy to find another solid item instead of all liquid. Tasty. Wish it were more savoury and less sweet. I\'m craving less sweet food.
