The LighterLife Scotch Broth is packed full of goodness, providing you with a veggie friendly and warming meal that’s high in protein and a source of fibre.
Add contents to a mug or a bowl. Add 180ml (or to taste) of hot (but not boiling) water and stir for a few seconds with a whisk, spoon etc until smooth. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before consuming. Do not shake with hot water.

Lovely rich thick texture which actually feels like food. Add a little pepper and you have a delicious hearty soup (stew) which leaves you feeling satisfied and like you’ve had a real meal.

This was definitely not as nice as the vegetable soup. Texture was not good.

I love both the soups and wipe the mug clean after each serving. They are tasty, creamy and so filling. I even prefer these to the meals!!!
I was with LL about 10 years ago and have to say taste, quality and satisfaction have improved enormously since then.
