Open to anyone who has been on a LighterLife plan, you can still benefit from the advice and support of our weekly telephon meetings after you’ve achieved your target weight. Alongside our counsellors and mentors, other slimmers in the group can offer advice and activities to help you to manage your thoughts, cravings and triggers, as well as your weight.
We also offer a range of plans, Foodpacks and meals to keep your nutrition balanced and your calorie intake under control. Whether you want to try intermittent fasting to maintain your weight, or replace occasional meals with one of our low-calorie options, we have products that can support your weight management.
