Our smooth and creamy spicy sweet potato & carrot soup is perfect for warming dinner or a hearty lunch. It’s super easy to make and is high in fibre and protein. Suitable for vegetarians.

To Prepare: Mix with 200-250ml of boiling water. Stir for a few seconds with a whisk until smooth. Do not shake with hot water.

Ingredients: Soy protein, maltodextrin, carrots (11.5%), sweet potato powder (9%), inulin, coconut milk powder (contains milk), tomato powder, fat powder (contains soy and milk), emulsifier: lecithins (contains soy); spices (2%), salt, dipotassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, natural flavourings, yeast extract, pea protein, potassium chloride, colour: carotenes; garlic, magnesium oxide, coriander, vitamin and mineral premix (sodium ascorbate, ferric pyrophosphate, vitamin E, maltodextrin, zinc sulphate, niacin, vitamin A, copper sulphate, pantothenic acid, sodium fluoride, manganese sulphate, biotin, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, vitamin B12, sodium selenite, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin D, vitamin K, thiamin, riboflavins, sodium molybdate), parsley.
