What training will I get?
Your business can be up and running within
four months after you have been successfully
trained in:
- Counselling skills
- Physiology
- Business skills
You then have the opportunity to be accredited
by Edexcel with a BTEC Diploma in Weight Management
Consultancy. This Diploma is of equal educational standard to a
level 4 NVQ or a Foundation Degree.
Is there ongoing training?
LighterLife runs relevant courses
throughout the year for existing Weight-Management Counsellors to
continue their professional development. You can choose from
a range of courses including marketing, business as well as
counselling.
