Suzanne's weight increased over the years through university and
also travelling. But after seeing a LighterLife advert she
knew this was the answer!

She joined a class and watched the weight drop off each
week. After her wedding she put on some weight but didn't
want to go back to counselling as she thought her Counsellor would
be disappointed.

When Suzanne received an invitation from Gina to do a refresher
course, she felt as if fate had stepped in to help her and did go
back to lose a stone in four weeks. She is now maintaining
her weight loss and feels so much more confident.
