I didn't recognise myself in a photo
I felt low and empty following my father's death. I was eating
on autopilot and ended up over eating. Things reached breaking
point when I did not recognise myself in a photo and so I
joined LighterLife.
Through LighterLife I learned that I was trying to fill the
emotional holes in my life with food. Now that I’m slim, I’m
confident about what I want and feel. For the first time I feel at
peace with myself.
