I had no idea I'd learn so much about myself
Sharing experiences with the other women in my group made me feel
less alone. I realised that in allowing myself to put on weight I’d
been letting myself down. Acknowledging that was hard and it made
me feel sad. Now I’ve lost weight I’m oozing with confidence. I
take the time to cook myself healthy meals and look after myself.
I’ve even joined a yoga class, which I never would have had the
confidence to do before I lost weight.
