I've learnt how to keep the weight off
Before I lost weight with LighterLife I
used to eat so much – and often when I wasn’t even hungry. I tried
all sorts of diets and lost weight on most of them but the weight
soon returned. Thankfully LighterLife was different. My LighterLife
Counsellor not only helped me understand why I overate but she
helped me see ways in which I could change so I don’t regain the
weight I’ve lost. She helped me understand the importance of eating
healthily, keeping an eye on my portion sizes and taking more
exercise. And just look at me now. I’ve always loved dancing and
now not only do I not get out of breath but I have the confidence
to participate in dance shows.
