Our Lite LCD (low-calorie diet) gives you the flexibility of combining LighterLife Foodpacks with every day, healthy foods – ideal for losing weight at your own pace.

Each day you have either any 3 Foodpacks + 1 small meal from your Lite food choices, or any 4 Foodpacks + veg/salad from your Lite food choices. You’ll find full details of Lite food choices in our handy guide book, Your Programme – remember to order your copy when you start.

And Lite gives you so much more than “just a diet”. Join one of our unique CBT groups and you’ll have the opportunity to change your relationship with food, and to develop the skills to achieve your goals.

Our groups are small and friendly – single-sex and never more than 12 people – and you get loads of support from your LighterLife Counsellor and your fellow members. They’re the ideal space for inspiration, motivation and creating your lighter life.

  • 21-28 Foodpacks a week plus carefully selected Lite food choices
  • Your vitamins, minerals, protein, essential fats, fibre and carbs in around 800-1200 kcal a day
  • Unique LighterLife CBT counselling in small, friendly, single-sex groups*
