How long do I have to wait for my first issue after I initially
subscribe?
It depends on when you subscribe. The cut off date for
the following issue is generally a week before the on sale
date (see above).
Where can I buy the LighterLife magazine?
The magazine can be bought in high street stores
nationwide. You can also subscribe
online here, or send in a cheque, made payable to
LighterLife UK Ltd to Subscription Offer, LighterLife, Cavendish
House, Parkway, Harlow Business Park, Harlow, Essex, CM19
5QF. Remember to include your full name, address including
post code, contact number and email address.
How much is the magazine?
It costs £3.20 in the shops, however if you subscribe with us
you can save money. Buy an annual subscription of nine issues
for £20 and you save £8.80. Costs include postage and
packaging.
How will I know when my subscription has ended?
With your penultimate issue you will be sent a letter stating
this, also an email if you have supplied your email
address. Likewise you will be contacted if it is the
last issue in your subscription.
Can I be featured in the magazine?
You will need to have maintained for at least a year to be
featured in the magazine, however please fill in a 'my story' form
which you can obtain from your Counsellor and send to the Marketing
Department in Central Office (LighterLife UK Ltd, Cavendish House,
Parkway, Harlow Business Park, Harlow, Essex, CM19 5QF).
What if my contact details change?
If you move house, or a contact number has changed you need to
contact the subscription department as soon as possible. In
the event that we have issued your recent copy of the magazine to
the incorrect address you may be required to pay for a
replacement copy.
