The LighterLife Programme is not just about losing weight. LighterLife means living life to the full and enjoying the many benefits that improved health can bring. It aims to assist controlled weight loss at the same time as promoting greater understanding of food, fitness and health issues.
Every four weeks you will have a short health check with a GP or practice nurse.
