BMI
Participants starting LighterLife must have a
BMI of 25 or above.
For LighterLife Lite (LCD), BMI requirement is 25 to
29.9.
For LighterLife Total (VLCD), BMI requirement is 30 or over (or
BMI 28-29.9 with a waist circumference of at least 88cm for women
and 102cm for men).
Once a participant’s BMI reaches their
personal target or a minimum BMI of 22, LighterLife recommends they
join a Management group and complete a
gradual and structured reintroduction to a full range of
conventional food.
