How can I live lighter?
Once you reach your desired healthy weight the
LighterLife Management Programme is there to support you. It starts
with the 12-week Route to Management Programme where you’ll:
- Reintroduce conventional food, learn about
healthy balanced eating and be given plenty of tasty,
easy-to-prepare recipes.
- Practice dealing with stress, tricky
situations and emotional problems without relying on
food.
- Have free access to the Management area of
the LighterLife website, which is packed with tips, advice and
useful tools for successful weight management.
At the end of the 12 weeks you’ll have taken
the first steps towards creating healthy, sustainable ways of
managing your weight while eating conventional food.
From here on, the LighterLife Management
Programme offers free, monthly group meetings. This means you can
continue to benefit from the support of your LighterLife
Weight-Management Counsellor for as long as you need.
