A VLCD is a safe way to lose weight fast

 

A very-low-calorie diet (VLCD) is a diet that provides 800 kilocalories per day or less. VLCDs must contain the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of minerals, trace elements, fatty acids and protein.

 

The LighterLife VLCD

On this programme you will have four Total Balance Foodpacks a day which provide:

 

  • An average of 530 Calories. 
  • An average of 50g protein, 14g fat, 50g carbohydrate.
  • At least 100% of the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

 

Clinically supervised

Before you can start the LighterLife Programme, you’ll need to have a LighterLife Health Questionnaire Form completed by a GP or Healthcare Professional.
