Drink enough to feel comfortable
Make sure you drink
enough water to feel comfortable. You may also have black coffee or
leaf tea with unlimited tablet sweeteners and two sachets of
LighterLife Savoury Broth.
You can also use LighterLife Water Flavours. When mixed
with your water they add fibre and come in three flavours: Fruits
of the Forest, St Clements and Sunrise Orange.
Drinking large quantities within a short period of time can be
detrimental to your health, so aim for small amounts at regular
intervals. Think of your body as a waterwheel which, to keep
turning smoothly, needs small amounts of fluid throughout the
day.
Remember, fluid requirements will vary between people, so be guided
by your thirst and what feels comfortable for you. Learn to read
the signals. Feeling dizzy, having a dry mouth or a headache can
all be indicators of dehydration.
