Exercise is important for long-term weight
management
Becoming more active is important for long-term weight management,
so while you’re on LighterLife:
- If you’re already exercising, take it easy
for the first couple of weeks. You’ll probably be able to resume
your current levels of exercise when you’re in full ketosis.
- If you’re new to regular exercise, build up
your activity levels gradually.
Speak to your GP if you are new to exercise or if you have any
medical problems that could be affected by exercising. If at any
time while exercising you feel unwell, stop immediately and seek
your GP’s advice.
