Life-changing weight loss
Why LighterLife is unique
A ground-breaking approach to weight loss
Most of us know what it’s like to diet but LighterLife is a different weight loss program. We know that diets alone don’t work. The secret to maintaining life-changing weight loss is all in the mind.
Our ground-breaking psychological approach to weight loss empowers you to change your attitude to food, so you can break the cycle of losing weight and then putting it back on again. We use proven techniques to help you understand why you eat the way you do, which help you to keep it off the weight you lose for good.
How do we do it?
We use a range of tried and tested techniques to challenge your thinking around eating.
Your expertly-trained LighterLife Counsellor will work with you to understand what’s happening in your body and mind, so you can explore why you eat in the way you do. And then help you to start making changes to ensure you make better choices for yourself in the future so you can be the person you really want to be.
