When you achieve your weight-loss
goal, moving into Phase One Management prepares you for
successfully managing your healthier weight for life. Phase
One Management is a 12 week programme where you'll:
- Gradually reintroduce a full range of
conventional food.
- Learn about healthy, balanced
eating.
- Practise dealing with stress, tricky
situations and emotional problems without relying on
food.
- Have free access to the Management area of
the LighterLife website, which is packed with tips, advice and
useful tools for successful weight management.
At the end of the 12 weeks you’ll have taken
the first steps towards creating healthy, sustainable ways of
managing your weight while eating conventional food.
When you've completed Phase One
Management, you automatically become a member of our Management
programme. It offers monthly group meetings. So you can
continue to benefit from the support of your LighterLife
Weight-Management Counsellor for as long as you need.
