The Total Plan
Want to lose weight quickly? The quickest way to a new, lighter you on our VLCD plan. Lose a stone a month on average by attending our weekly groups and following our VLCD plan.
The Lite Plan
If you have less weight to lose, LighterLIfe Lite is the plan for you. The weekly group counselling sessions help you change your mindset. We'll make sure you know exactly how to lose weight quickly and easily, and when you reach your ideal size, our group work and management programme will help you stay that way.
Keep the weight off - Management Plan
Once you've lost the weight through our range of programmes, our management plan will help you develop your new skills so you can maintain your new, healthier weight and never look back (unless you want to show off pictures from your weight loss journey!).
With our flexible plan and constant support you will receive:
- Weekly groups with others who are also maintaining their weight.
- Ideas and tips for a more active lifestyle to boost your wellbeing.
- Your personal plan for more effective living, with proven tools and techniques to keep you on track.
Groups for Men
The same rules apply – and men also find jaw dropping results on our Total and Lite plans. The only difference is that as all our weight loss motivation groups are for men or women only, you’ll find it’s tailored for you.
Prepare yourself for the banter, new team mates and constant support. We will provide you with all the tools you need to win that battle against your food demon, what have you got to lose? (Apart from the belly that is!)
The Fast Plan (5:2)
The easy way to keep your weight in check. A 5:2 plan for healthy living. Just fast for any two days, and eat and drink normally on the other days.
That's it! It's a great way to lose a little weight or to maintain your current weight more effectively.
