LighterLife groups are never more than 12 people. Everyone supports and encourages each other's weight loss under the guidance of a qualified LighterLife Counsellor. And the dieting support you receive is unrivalled because our groups are small, ensuring you receive plenty of care and attention.
The time you spend with the group is special. It’s “me time” your opportunity once a week to focus on you, your needs and what you want to achieve. All while being supported by a small group of people who are also losing weight. It’s powerful stuff.
