Can I buy from the shop even though I’m not on a LighterLife programme?

Yes, our online products are available for anyone to purchase.

Can I buy the LighterLife magazine online?

You can: it will cost either £20 for eight issues, or £3.20 for a single issue. Its easy to subscribe to our magazine and have your copies delivered directly to your door. Just go to: http://www.lighterlife.com/subscription.aspx and subscribe online. You can even pay by cheque if that’s easiest for you.

Can I buy gift vouchers and gift cards online?

Gift vouchers aren't currently available online, but can be bought directly from LighterLife Counsellors for their existing clients.

How do I use this site?

You don’t need to be a LighterLife client to use this site, but before you are able to checkout your purchases you'll first need to register on the site.

 

Start by clicking the “Register here” button on the right-hand side of the home page. You will need to provide us with a username (we suggest you use your email address), and a password (minimum six characters including one or more numbers). All you do then is fill in some personal details,  including your delivery address, and you're registered. If you're already a LighterLife client insert your membership number, your surname and your date of birth and we will link your shop account to your membership details.

 

Once you've registered, each time you come back to the shop you can simply use your username and password to sign straight in.

How do I cancel and/ or return my order?

You can cancel any of your current orders prior to dispatch by calling the Customer Service Number 0844 844 0970 between 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled from the My Account area or by email.

 

If you change your mind about any part of your order you can notify us to cancel it within seven working days of the day after the item was delivered. To do this please call us on 0844 844 0970  (hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday).

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning all items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or faulty.

As soon as you've notified us about your return we'll refund your payment method with the purchase price and standard delivery cost. We regret we cannot refund any priority, express or courier delivery charges.

How do I return an item?

To return an item please contact us on 0844 844 0970 (hours 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday).

 

We'll tell you what to do next and give you a returns authorisation number to include with the goods being returned. Items returned without a returns authorisation number cannot be accepted.

As soon as you've notified us about your return, we'll refund your payment method with the purchase price and standard delivery cost. We regret we cannot refund any priority, express or courier delivery charges.

Please note that the costs of returning your order are your responsibility, unless we delivered it to you in error or it's damaged or faulty. For your protection, we recommend using a recorded-delivery service if the value of the item(s) returned is more than £35.

What happens if an item was damaged, or the wrong items were delivered?

To arrange a replacement for any items that have been damaged in transit, or to report any errors with the contents of your order please call us on 0844 844 0970  and we'll be happy to give you a refund or offer an exchange.

My order hasn't been delivered. What do I do?

Please allow up to five working days for delivery of orders sent by first-class post. If you haven't received your order after this time, please call us on 0844 844 0970  and we'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
