Please read these product terms and conditions
carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law
and set out the terms under which LighterLife makes the products
available to you.
The LighterLife.com on-line store is operated
by LighterLife UK Limited (‘LighterLife’).
NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY

Prices
Please note that the Prices on our web-site
are confirmed at the time of your order. All prices are expressed
inclusive of any VAT payable where applicable. The price of the
items does not include the delivery charge which will be
charged at the rates applicable at the date of your order and which
will be displayed in the ‘Delivery' section of the web-site.

Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable
control, we are unable to supply a particular item or there is a
delay in supplying the items to you, we will not be liable to you.
Although we will try to service all your orders, an order of large
quantities of a particular product line can only be fulfilled at
LighterLife’s discretion.

Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy from us. There
will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until
payment has been received and an electronic receipt issued to you.
Nothing that we say or do will amount to any acceptance of that
offer until we issue a receipt for payment. At any point up until
then, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any
reason. At the moment that the goods are paid for and an electronic
receipt issued (and not before), a contract will be made between
you and us.
The LighterLife.com on-line order service is
available for non-commercial and domestic use only. Lighterlife
reserves the right to refuse orders from businesses or from
individuals whom we consider are ordering our products for
commercial or other non-domestic concerns.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified
by you on the completed on-line order form. You can elect for
your order to be delivered either by:
(a) Royal Mail 1st
Class post; or
(b) Royal Mail 1st
Class post Signed For Service (UK Mainland only); or
(c) Courier (UK Mainland
only).
(d) Courier with Saturday Delivery
(UK Mainland only)
Where you have selected the Signed For Service
or the courier service, all goods must be signed for on delivery by
an adult aged 16 years or over. If we attempt to deliver your order
to the delivery address as notified by you but there is nobody at
the delivery address to accept your order, the postman or courier
will leave notification of attempted delivery and you
will need to follow the instructions on their notification to
re-arrange delivery.
In these circumstances, if we have to return
to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided
that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver all
your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to
do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our
control.

Returns of items

We hope you will be happy with your purchase.
However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to
make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you are unhappy with any items,
simply notify us within 7 working days after the day it was
delivered by calling our Customer Service Team on 0844 844
0970 to arrange their return, and we will give you a refund of
those products or replace the item.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Use of LighterLife Products
LighterLife Products are only available to
persons aged at least 16 years of age, You should follow any
instructions for LighterLife Products which are issued by
LighterLife with your order or which are displayed on our
web-site.
The LighterLife Products are supplied to you
on a strictly not for re-sale basis, and should not be advertised
for re-sale.

Cancellation and Changes to your Order
You can cancel any of your current orders
prior to dispatch by calling the Customer Service Team on 0844 844
0970 between 09:00 and 17:00 (Monday to Friday). Please note that
orders cannot be cancelled from the My Account area or by
e-mail.
Should you wish to change your order prior to
dispatch, you will need to cancel your order, and submit a new
order. We will issue a credit for your cancelled order, and you
will need to pay for your new order.

Payment
You can pay by Mastercard or Visa credit card,
Visa debit card, Visa Electron, Maestro debit card or PayPal. Your
credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the
possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for
payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You
will be charged at the time when your order is confirmed and you
are issued an electronic receipt.
Our liability to you in connection with any
order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant
items.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that
permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
This means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an
unsecured connection.

General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any
disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
If any of these Product Terms is held by any
court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or
unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the
validity of the remaining Product Terms which will continue to be
valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
